We had a plumbing emergency late at night, and they came to our rescue without hesitation. The professionalism and promptness of the whole team were truly remarkable. Sabina was my first point of contact and she was absolutely wonderful. She kept everything calm and assured me no matter what, they were going to get the issue handled for us. She really put us at ease. When our technician Andrew got to our home at 11:30 p.m., he went into action and literally saved our lives. We had done something wrong when we were trying to turn off the water to our hot water tank and left the gas on because we didn't know to turn it off. Had he not come out and taken care of it there was a good chance it would have exploded. He was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. He acted quickly and efficiently and with great kindness. Not only did they address the emergency with precision, but they also went above and beyond by returning the very next morning to install a brand new water heater for us. The installation process was flawless, and Andrew made sure to clean up after himself, leaving our home in better condition than he found it. The entire team was courteous, knowledgeable, and approachable. They took the time to explain the installation process and answered all of our questions, ensuring we felt completely comfortable with our new water heater. I had a company (not Westview) tell me my clay pipes were coming disjointed and they needed to dig up my yard to fix it. I wast quoted cost at $7k. Thank God I had Westview come out to give a second opinion. My pipes are fine. A few things to keep on my radar, but I donâ€™t need to dig up my yard and spend the money I donâ€™t have. Even if I did need to do that, Westview was much more understanding of my finances and I got the feeling that they genuinely wanted to help me find a solution. The team from Westview Plumbing was great. They arrived when they said, did work as agreed on and were able to make tweaks to the original plan as they went. We are doing a major remodel and they worked with us not having our sinks, tub, faucets or valves yet. We had a couple of estimates and theirs was much less than one....on par with another...we went with them because we liked the attitute and willingness to make it work. Glad we did! Westview Plumbing went above and beyond for us in countless ways. We had major work done: our waste and water repiped, digging all the way to repipe to city supply. We also had a whole house filter installation, and new septic and water heater install. The difference for us after all of this work is night and day!
